Michael Grace, bank teller, and friends accused of staging kidnapping, bank robbery

Remember that strange, movie-like bank robbery in Overland Park on Wednesday? The bad guys cased a bank, learning all about a young teller. Then, once they had memorized the teller’s routine, the robbers pounced, kidnapping him and forcing him to open the bank for them in the early morning, where they stuffed $62,000 in a duffel bag and rode off into the sunset.

Or, that’s the way it appeared to happen. Federal authorities announced today that they’ve arrested four people in connection with the robbery including the kidnapped bank teller!
