Mark Thomas, accused of sex crime, tells police he’s a ‘bad tickler’

Mark Thomas told police that he’s a “bad tickler.” The authorities have another way of describing the 26-year-old’s tickling: first-degree statutory sodomy.

In November 2009, Thomas was staying with a 4-year-old girl, the girl’s mother, and the girl’s infant sister in a room at the Westin Crown Center Hotel, where Thomas worked. According to court records, the girl told her father that Thomas came out of the shower, told her to take off her pants, and then began touching her vagina. The girl’s mother was running errands at the time.
