Malnourished carcasses of two pit bulls found in Dumpster at 31st and Campbell (updated)

UPDATE: Wow. A $7,500 reward is being offered to find whoever killed a couple of pit bulls and dumped their carcasses in a Dumpster at 31st and Campbell. Also, a moment of silence is being held at 6 p.m. Thursday (April 21) at the southeast corner of 31st and Campbell (it’s being put on by Spay & Neuter Kansas City, Wayside Waifs and Halfway Home Pet Adoptions).

“It’s obvious that these puppies suffered horribly,” SNKC president Michelle Rivera said in a statement. “Spay & Neuter Kansas City is deeply saddened by this. We hope the community will not tolerate this abuse and will step forward to report information about those responsible.”
