Lonzo Lamar shot and killed in Independence Monday night; Ronald Taylor arrested
It’s been a deadly few days in the metro. A double shooting in Independence Monday night left a 28-year-old Kansas City, Kansas, man dead.
Lonzo Lamar and another person were found in the 700 block of North Dover Drive around 11:55 p.m. with gunshot wounds. Lamar died. The second shooting victim is in critical condition.
