Les Izmore Opening for Lupe Fiasco

We know that local MC Les Izmore has been shaking stuff up around Kansas City with his solo career, his collaborative tribute to Common with Hermon Mehari of Diverse, and his afrobeat collective, Hearts of Darkness. (That’s why we put him on our cover a few weeks ago.) But, in addition to every other project he’s got cooking, Les Izmore has also recently been tapped to open for Lupe Fiasco at the Midland on April 18. Les is bringing members of Hearts of Darkness with him to “make it explosive.”
