Lawrence store, raided by federal agents for K2 synthetic marijuana, raided again

Lawrence store the Sacred Journey was raided by federal agents this afternoon, for the second time in four months, according the the Lawrence Journal-World. Federal agents have blocked out the store’s windows and are questioning employees.

The store was raided in February during the controversy over K2 synthetic marijuana in Kansas (see the February feature story, “Fake Reefer Madness“). The store had been selling K2 for months, and at the time, it was legal to do so. Though owner Natalie McAnulla was never charged, her bank accounts were frozen and seized by the government.
