Lance Kinzer wants nudity and lap dances banned in Kansas strip clubs

Kansas state Rep. Lance Kinzer may not be willing to do anything about Kansas’ unconstitutional laws about gay sex, but he sure as hell wants to do something about adult businesses.
Kinzer is pushing the so-called “Community Defense Act,” a bill to protect Kansans from strip clubs and adult stores. The bill passed the House Wednesday on a 91-28 vote, according to the Associated Press. It’s pretty much the same crap that conservative Republican lawmakers have been pushing for years: forcing the businesses to close from midnight to 6 a.m.; barring them from being 1,000 feet from a school or church; and banning nudity and lap dances. Remember this the next time Kinzer talks about government hassling small businesses and local control.
