Kris Kobach to propose election reforms today. Let’s guess what he’ll say!

Secretary of State candidate and anti-illegal folk hero Kris Kobach, desperate to convince voters that illegal immigrants and other scary people are stealing Kansas’ elections, will unveil some sort of election reforms this afternoon in Topeka.

Most likely he’ll propose some sort of Voter ID system, which voter-rights advocates say will disenfranchise more legitimate voters than it will stop illegitimate ones. But that’s just a guess! Make your own prognostication after the jump!
