Killa City: Man wanted in Gerry’s Silver Slipper killings arrested in Arkansas

The man wanted for allegedly killing two men outside of Gerry’s Silver Slipper was arrested in Forrest City, Arkansas, for shooting a man there in mid-April. The Forrest City Times Herald reported that police there have arrested Deonta R. Taylor for the allegedly shooting a man in the face and robbing him of $20. Taylor is charged with attempted capital murder, possession of a firearm and aggravated assault.

Kansas City police suspect Taylor of killing Drell D. Fisher and Reginald L. Barnes outside the Independence Avenue strip club. An arrest warrant for first-degree murder was issued for Taylor in late March.
