Killa City: Man claims Timothy Clay shot ‘Keyz’ Parker

Surveillance video from Grand Slam Liquors revealed the events leading to the shooting death of Pierre “Keyz” Parker Sunday night.

Jackson County prosecutors charged 32-year-old Timothy Clay and 46-year-old Charles A. Delaney

today with second-degree murder, armed criminal action and

shooting at a motor vehicle.

Court records say Parker parked in a space next to a white Monte Carlo driven by Delaney. Clay was hanging out near the rear of the Monte Carlo when Parker parked and within moments, Parker “exited his vehicle, collapsed on the ground and never got up,” the records say. The video then showed Clay run to Parker’s vehicle, pick up an object from the ground, get in the Monte Carlo and drive away with Delaney.

Police later discovered that the Monte Carlo belongs to Clay’s wife.

On May 5, police arrested Delaney, alleged that he saw Clay shoot Parker but no motive.

As of this morning, Clay still wasn’t in custody. Police ask anyone with information about the whereabouts of Clay to call the TIPS Hotline at 816-474-8477.
