Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 80, Xavier Ferguson shot to death Sunday
Kansas City police say 16-year-old Xavier Ferguson was shot and killed in the 8600 block of 93rd Place around 11 p.m. Sunday.
Ferguson died at a local hospital.

Update (Friday, August 28): The Kansas City Star reports that someone cut through a screen at Ferguson’s home and shot him in the head while he slept.
