Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 76, Larry Parker killed by a stray bullet
Larry Parker was the man fatally shot while sitting on a porch in the 3500 block of Wayne Tuesday night, Kansas City police say.
Parker, 42, was struck by a stray bullet fired during a gun battle between two groups of young men.
