Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 68, man shot to death at 31st and Agnes
Kansas City police found a man in his mid-30s shot to death in a vehicle near 31st and Agnes around 3 a.m. Sunday.
The man was pronounced dead at the scenes. Witnesses told police that a black man was seen running south on Agnes.
