Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 68, Aaron R. Powell found fatally shot at 31st and Agnes

Kansas City police say 35-year-old Aaron R. Powell is the man found shot to death near 31st and Agnes early Sunday.

Powell was a resident of Kansas City, Missouri.

Police found Powell in a vehicle near the intersection. He was pronounced dead at the scenes. Witnesses told police that a black man was seen running south on Agnes.
