Killa City: KCMO homicide No. 48, Joshua Sadler

Kansas City police say Joshua Sadler was the 22-year-old man shot to death Tuesday night at 11th and Belmont.

Witnesses saw a red vehicle fleeing the scene of the shooting.

Police say they may have located a possible suspect — suffering

non-life-threatening gunshot wounds — at another hospital. Officers

are watching the man at the hospital.

The Star reports that Sadler was shot because of the color of his clothes — he was wearing red and the man who allegedly shot him was wearing blue.
