Killa City: KCK homicide No. 39, Wesley U. Smith

Kansas City, Kansas, police have identified the victim of Monday’s homicide as Wesley U. Smith.

Smith, 53, was shot to death in the 2900 block of Hutchings Street.

Police took a suspect, described as a black female, into custody.
