Killa City homicide No. 3: Homicide victim discovered in car accident
Kansas City, Missouri, tallied its second homicide of 2010 Saturday night.
KCMO police found a black man in his mid twenties shot to death inside a wrecked car in the intersection of 113th Street and Sycamore Terrace.
