The bad news keeps piling up for Shon Pernice, husband of missing northland woman Renee Pernice, who disappeared in January and authorities believe is dead.

Pernice’s neighbors told KCTV 5 on Tuesday that they testified before a grand jury about the July 4th incident in which Kansas City police arrested Pernice for disturbing the peace after he allegedly crashed a neighbor’s Fourth of July party. Neighbors’ claim that he was drunk and belligerent.

Pernice denies crashing the party and claims he was attacked by his neighbors (the same neighbors claim Pernice allegedly stole a gun from their home).

If all that wasn’t enough, Pernice is in the midst of a custody battle for his two young sons with his wife’s parents.

And jugular hungry justice seeker Nancy Grace is looking into the case of his missing wife.

All of these court hearings, incidents and altercations must really cut into the time he spends looking for his wife.
