KCMO snow-removal poll: Star says it’s improved; what say you?

This is my first winter in Kansas City, but it ain’t my first snow-deo, as they say, “they” being people who use “snow” to make fun new nouns.

I spent the previous two winters in snowy Denver and, before that, in Cleveland, where the snow piles up like heartache and abandonment. So while The Kansas City Star is claiming that the city’s infamously crappy snow removal improved this week, it’s hard for me to know.
