KC police release sketch of suspected Waldo serial rapist

Kansas City police just released the sketch on the right of the suspected Waldo serial rapist.

Police say to keep in mind that the composite sketch isn’t a portrait

of one person “but a grouping of characteristics to put people into a

category that narrows the search and eliminates other groups. It is

intended to place the focus on a smaller grouping of individuals.”

The

suspect is described as a black man with “a deep,

smooth voice” who smelled of smoke and exhaust fumes. He is said to be about 6-feet tall,

250 pounds, bald with pitted cheeks and possible acne scars. The man

allegedly told a recent victim that he is 27 years old, although police

believe he is lying about his age. Another victim told police that the

man “had very bad breath.”

A pair of rapes over the weekend led Kansas City police to believe a serial rapist may be on the loose.
