KC City Clerk says meeting of Election Commissioners on Funkhouser recall recount canceled

Just got a news alert from Kansas City City Clerk’s Office saying the noon meeting of the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners has been canceled. The commissioners were going to meet and discuss a recount for the recall of oversized novelty Mayor Mark Funkhouser. No word on why the meeting was canceled. Left a message for City Clerk Vickie Thompson and will update when I know more.
