Kansas State leaving Little Apple for Big Apple, playing in Pinstripe Bowl

Kansas State Wildcat fans better start booking their flights to New York. The Star reports that K-State will play in the Pinstripe Bowl at the new Yankee Stadium on December 30. The Wildcats will play 7-5 Syracuse.

Crypt Keeper Bill Snyder‘s second year back in Manhattan has to be considered a success; the Wildcats hadn’t played in a bow since the 2006 Texas Bowl. The official announcement is scheduled for this afternoon.
