The jerks at Toronto Star ranked 37 North American cities by the winning percentages of their pro sports franchises (each city had to have at least two teams) since 2000. Kansas City placed a pathetic No. 36, way behind tenth-ranked St. Louis. The top three: Indianapolis, Boston and Vancouver. Oh, how is pro basketball in Vancouver doing these days?

Only Cincinnati was a bigger loser thank KC. Yeah, Cincy sucks.
