Kansas City police explain why they punched a hole in your ceiling (video)

“What’s a PoleCam?”

If you’d asked us yesterday, we probably would have assumed a PoleCam was something invented by Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. But thanks to a video posted on Kansas City Police Chief James Corwin‘s blog, we now know that the PoleCam is an effective, if unsolicited, residential skylight-maker.
