Kansas City Chiefs sign No. 1 pick Eric Fisher

The Kansas City Chiefs have signed first-round pick Eric Fisher. The 6-foot-7, 306-pound offensive tackle, chosen first overall in the NFL Draft, agreed to terms on a four-year deal Friday. USA Today reported that the deal is worth $22 million, with an option for a fifth year.

Fisher, out of Central Michigan, is expected to start as a rookie. The Chiefs were scheduled to practice for the first time Friday.
