Kansas City Aviation Expo and Airshow

The Kansas City Aviation Expo and Airshow returns to the Downtown airport Saturday and Sunday, featuring multimillion-dollar fighter planes piloted by the best twenty-year-olds the military has to offer. Fighter jets climb vertically and tumble end-over-end above Kansas City just one time a year, so if you’re any kind of an aeronautics aficionado, don’t miss the show.

Patricipants include the U.S. Army Golden Knights parachute team, Sean and Eric Tucker, the world’s only father-and-son aerobatic team, a P-51 Mustang flight demonstration and the world’s only jet-powered outhouse. At 3:30 on Sunday, don;’t miss the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds flight team. See kcairshow.com for a full schedule of events and ticket information.
