Justin Dougan gets life in prison for killing Spencer Crosthwait
Dougan is going to prison for at least the next 25½
years for mistakenly killing the wrong guy.
Dougan, 20, was sentenced Thursday
to two concurrent life sentences and won’t be eligible for parole
for 25½ years for shooting and killing 17-year-old Spencer
Crosthwait during a drive-by shooting in Parkville.
