Original story (10:05 a.m. May 26): ESPN is reporting that a massive heart attack is still believed to be the cause of ex-Royals pitcher Jose Lima‘s death at age 37.
The story cites an unnamed family source who says that police have ruled out foul play in the Dominican-born right-hander’s death and no drugs were found in Lima’s home or vehicle.
