Jon Stewart apologizes for calling Harry Truman ‘a war criminal’
Last night, Daily Show host Jon Stewart admitted that calling President Harry Truman “a war criminal” “was a stupid thing to say.”

The night before, Stewart made the comment when discussing torture with Cliff May, president of The Foundation for Defense of Democracies. May asked Stewart if Truman was a
