John Travis thrown down a flight of stairs for asking neighbor to keep the noise down

Remember this story the next time your neighbor wakes you up with thumping German techno beats at 4 a.m. and you want to storm upstairs and whoop some ass.

John Travis heard a commotion outside of his apartment on Tuesday around 10 p.m. and found his upstairs neighbor and another man arguing, Fox 4 reported. Travis asked them to keep it down, a reasonable request of someone who isn’t acting neighborly. Except the men turned on Travis, and their response, not so reasonable and a lot more violent.
