What I do (in 140 characters): Help people of all ages improve mind, body and soul. Body mostly!

What’s your addiction? The Kansas City Royals

What’s your game? BASEketball. Can’t believe that it hasn’t replaced hockey as one of the main sports in the United States.

What’s your drink? Tequila

Where’s dinner? Usually on a plate

What’s on your KC postcard? A pile of burnt ends

Finish this sentence: “Kansas City got it right when … “ We refurbished Camaro-head Stadium.

“Kansas City screwed up when … “ We refurbished the K. Should have moved downtown or by the river.

“Kansas City needs … ” More outdoor fitness parks. And not those goofy machines they put in at Mill Creek Park.

“In five years, I’ll be … “ Hopefully doing the same thing but with a little more time to travel. I love what I do!

“I always laugh at … “ Bottle Rocket. One of my favorite comedies!

“I’ve been known to binge-watch … “ Sons of Anarchy.

“I can’t stop listening to … ” Whatever my members want on Spotify. The ACBs when it’s my choice.

“I just read … “ Convict Conditioning. It’s been one of my favorite training books for a while. Just reread it!

The best advice I ever got: Can’t remember who told me this, but it is from FDR: “There are many ways of going forward, but only one way of standing still.”

Worst advice: Milk, milk, lemonade, around the corner fudge is made. None of those things are made in any of the places I was informed!

My sidekick: My lady friend, Liz. She supports me through everything.

My dating triumph/tragedy: See previous question for triumph!

My brush with fame: Name a bald celebrity, and someone thinks I look like that person, including but not limited to Sinead O’Connor!

My 140-character soapbox: Obesity and inactivity need to be addressed in our city and country. Get moving, people! I don’t care what it is, just move!

What was the last thing you had to apologize for? Who, me?

Who’s sorry now? My members who didn’t show up to work out today.

My recent triumph: Starting and growing my business. Wouldn’t be possible without the support of my friends, family and members!
