City Councilman Jermaine Reed says he wants the city to rename Prospect Avenue after civil rights leader Martin Luther King Jr. Apparently Reed has never heard Chris Rock’s take on Martin Luther King Boulevard (skip to the 1:24 mark of the NSFW video above).
