Jermaine Harris charged with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Willie Hill IV

Wyandotte County prosecutors have charged 28-year-old Jermaine Harris with voluntary manslaughter in the death of Willie Hill IV.

Hill, 27, was shot to death on March 26 in a home in the 2500 block of North 18th Street in Kansas City, Kansas. There aren’t a lot of other details on what happened. But his mug shots reveal some interesting tattoos (see them after the jump).
