Javier Reynoza, Killa City homicide 4: Man fatally shot in 1700 block of Central

Kansas City, Kansas, police say Javier Reynoza was the man shot to death in the 1700 block of Central Avenue on January 2.

KCK police found a wounded Reynoza, 37, around 10:05 p.m.

Reynoza was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
