Jason E. Frazier terrorizes lost father and daughter after American Royal, gets life in prison

Samuel Schwer and his daughter, Katrina Schwer, were trying to get back

to the Marriott Hotel (200 West 12th Street) in Kansas City, Missouri, last October 29.

But somehow they got lost after leaving the American Royal and ended up

on the Paseo Express at 1500 Truman Road.

The Schwers stopped to ask for directions when 30-year-old Jason E. Frazier

approached them. Since we’re using Frazier’s middle initial, you already

know this isn’t going to end well.
