Jamil D. Ragland, Killa City homicide 38: Man shot to death at Friendship Village Apartments

Kansas City police say Jamil D. Ragland was the victim of Friday’s homicide.

Ragland, 21, was found shot to death in the parking lot of the Friendship Village Apartments at 5637 Norton Avenue.

Ragland’s death is the 20th homicide in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2010.

There’s a MySpace page for a “Jamil Ragland,” who is the same age and from Kansas City. His MySpace name is “Cuddie Roc[Tra’s Up}” and in a survey, he says he’s from “Killa City,” has been “stabbed and shot” and has robbed a store once.
