James Dicapo admits selling counterfeit purses; awkward prison conversations to come

Ladies, better check your purses — especially if you bought them from James “Jimmy” Dicapo.
Dicapo, 57, pleaded guilty in federal court last week to selling more than $400,000 worth of counterfeit purses and shoes with labels like Burberry, Coach, Chanel, Dolce & Gabbana, Dooney & Bourke, Ed
Hardy, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and Prada. So if you were at a purse party in Parkville between November 2007 and
September 2009, better check the merchandise.
