Jamaal Charles avoids Madden Curse, won’t be on the game’s cover

Cleveland Browns fans really want Peyton Hillis on the cover of Madden ’12. Hillis destroyed Kansas City Chiefs running back Jamaal Charles in the quarterfinals of the fan vote to see whose image will appear on the game’s cover — and be the next victim of the Madden Curse.

Hillis received 60 percent of the vote to Charles’ 40 percent. Hillis moves on to face Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers, and ESPN reports that Hillis already has a big lead.
