Jabrielle L. Francis, Killa City homicide 19: found in street at 13th & Olive

Police have identified a man killed on Friday, February 12, as Jabrielle L. Francis, a 28-year-old black male. Police found Francis lying dead in the street at 13th and Olive around 7 p.m. Friday.
