It’s called shoulder-tapping, kids: Police bust liquor stores for selling to minors

In parts of this fine state, there is a certain understanding between liquor-store clerks and teenagers: We will not card you, under-age drinker, provided you promise to buy your booze by the truck-load and get hammered in the comfort of your own garage, preferably while enthusiastically ranking the girls of your high school by hotness on a chalk board, like Glenn Beck only less possessed by the devil.

But last week, police got bored and interrupted this time-honored transaction, busting nine of 18 liquor store clerks in an undercover sting, Crime Scene KC reported. The clerks, who were charged with contributing to the maturation of a minor, hailed from these trail-blazing establishments:
