Hulk Hogan is coming to Kansas City for the first time in more than a decade for WWE Raw
It’s been more than a decade since Hulk Hogan has made an appearance in Kansas City. That all changes next Monday when the Hulkster and his 24-inch pythons come to the Sprint Center for WWE’s flagship show, Monday Night Raw.
The last time Hogan was in KC — that I can find — was April 21, 2002, for the Backlash pay-per-view at Kemper Arena. Riding a wave of nostalgia (even then), Hogan won the WWF Undisputed Championship from Triple H.
The Hulkster is more of an ambassador these days. Also advertised for the show is a tag-team match featuring John Cena and Dean Ambrose against Randy Orton and Seth Rollins.
Top-dollar tickets are gone, but there are still some left between $50 and $15.
