The personal bubble busting 15-year-old supposedly went to hug a 15-year-old girl on Wednesday but allegedly went all sex offender registry applicant and slid his hand up her shirt, according to KMBC Channel 9. As you can imagine, the girl wasn’t cool with getting felt up in the hallway by some pervy boobie grabber. She screamed and backed up.
