Homicide claim may torpedo Mohler sex abuse case

Sounds like prosecutors in the Mohler family sex abuse case have their work cut out for them. According to an Associated Press story, one of the claims leveled against six Mohler men might sink the whole case: The claim that Burrell Mohler Jr. forced his daughters to help him kill a man.
Six siblings have backed up the claims that they were sexually abused in the 1980s.
However, authorities don’t have a body to back up the murder claim or any reports of a missing person that matched the description given by the accusers. And without a body, any defense attorney would exploit the doubt that creeps in on the other allegations.
