H&M is finally coming to Kansas City, will open store on the Plaza just in time for the holidays

Just in time for the holidays, we’ll all have a new place to drop some bucks on nice clothes. H&M is opening its first retail store in Kansas City on the Plaza, next door to the Gap (between Broadway and Pennsylvania) later this year.

I’ve seen a lot of excited people on Facebook, even more excited than Highwoods Properties’ KC vice president Glenn Stephenson, who sounded pretty pleased in a news release (not that anything else could be expected).
