Here’s the brain behind the Katie Horner drinking game

Yesterday, I pitied poor Katie Horner and the backlash against the KCTV5 chief meteorologist’s often hysterical and overprotective forecasts. I also highlighted a drinking game, which I first saw on Lawrence.com, that is sure to leave you black-out drunk during the next Horner-gasm.
Turns out the game is the brainchild of Adam Yarbrough, who posted a comment asking for credit. It’s all yours,
man. Great game.
Earlier this morning, I talked with Yarbrough and he told me that he concocted the game one stormy night when Horner interrupted regularly scheduled programming for another marathon forecast. Yarbrough posted the game on his Facebook page and his friends loved it.
Still, despite Horner’s repeated interruptions this year, Yarbrough has yet to play his own game.
“I don’t really drink that much,” he told me.
That’s cool. But the next time a tornado hits Tonganoxie and Horner interrupts 60 Minutes, I’m raising a glass to you, Adam.
