Helen Ragan homicide: Two juveniles arrested in mistaken identity killing

Helen Ragan was with her husband and four sons when bullets ripped through her home at 118th and Holiday on April 26. Ragan, a 38-year-old bus driver for the Blue Valley School District, was hit and killed.

Now, police believe they have the people responsible for her killing. Two juveniles have been arrested — and it sounds like Ragan was the wrong target.
