Go to the Nelson’s new Plains Indians exhibit, win Royals World Series tickets (maybe)
Sort of interested but in no great rush to see the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art’s latest exhibit, The Plains Indians: Artists of Earth & Sky, which opened in September and runs through January 11? What would you say if we told you that by visiting the exhibit this weekend, you would have a chance to win two tickets to Game Two of the World Series? Would that add urgency to your plans?
Because that’s the deal. If you buy a ticket to the exhibit Friday, Oct. 17 (today), Saturday, Oct. 18, or Sunday, Oct. 19, you can write your contact information on your exhibition ticket and drop it into a box after the exhibition for a chance to win the tickets. The winner will be notified on Monday. Entry into The Plains Indians costs $12 ($10 for seniors, $6 for students). That is considerably cheaper than what World Series tickets are going for at the moment.
