Girls Gone Wild sued again by woman whose breasts were exposed on Sorority Girl Orgy

A jury in July decided that a woman whose breasts were exposed on a Girls Gone Wild was a willing participant in the booby baring fun and didn’t deserve a $5 million judgment. Circuit Judge John J. Riley disagreed this week and granted the woman a new trial.

“It is clear from viewing the video that plaintiff was an unwilling

participant in the exposure of her breasts, and she can be seen visibly

mouthing ‘no’ and she immediately covered herself up after her top was

pulled down,” Riley wrote. “It is apparent that plaintiff did not

consent to her bare breasts being filmed and used by defendants.”

But if you ask my counterpart at the Riverfront Times in St. Louis, who has studiously watched the tape, the woman known only as Jane Doe was playing to the cameras.
