Gevante Anderson guilty in Raytown quadruple homicide

A jury found Gevante Anderson guilty Monday of killing his
ex-girlfriend, her nephews and her new boyfriend in March 2009. The Kansas City Star reported that the verdict came after
just 90 minutes of deliberations.
The bodies of
33-year-old Andre Jones, 21-year-old Precious
Triplett and her nephews, 10-year-old Amir Clemons and
7-year-old
Gerard Clemons were found in a Raytown apartment near 61st Street
and
Raytown Road on March 16, 2009. Anderson’s 1-year-old son was
found unharmed at the crime scene, wandering around the dead bodies. The details of the slayings are just gruesome.
