Frank J. Ross III charged in crash that injured two Kansas City police officers

Frank J. Ross III is apparently really lucky that he didn’t kill anyone. By anyone, I mean two Kansas City police officers.

On Sunday, the officers were patrolling 35th and Euclid when Ross allegedly ran a stop sign in his black BMW and T-boned their patrol car. After seeing the carnage (see a screen cap after the jump), it’s amazing no one was killed.
